Invited to a phone interview after submitting an application through Indeed. Phone interview was scheduled for 2pm.
I wait until around 2:30pm, when I emailed asking if the interview was still on. VoloAgri replied, asking if I would be available at 4:15pm. I tell them yes.
So 4:30pm rolls around, and still no call. I sent another email, explaining that I didn't have any more time to wait. Some manager replied with a phone number. When I called, the manager was absolutely completely unprepared for any kind of interview. They did not know what position I was even applying for, and they we're trying to "interview" me while they were driving a car somewhere.
If this is how this company treats guests/strangers, then I can only imagine how they treat their employees. I simply could not be part of an organization who lacks values like this. Extremely unprofessional interview process, in fact I've almost never experienced anything like it.
