VoloAgri interview questions

Invited to a phone interview after submitting an application through Indeed. Phone interview was scheduled for 2pm. I wait until around 2:30pm, when I emailed asking if the interview was still on. VoloAgri replied, asking if I would be available at 4:15pm. I tell them yes. So 4:30pm rolls around, and still no call. I sent another email, explaining that I didn't have any more time to wait. Some manager replied with a phone number. When I called, the manager was absolutely completely unprepared for any kind of interview. They did not know what position I was even applying for, and they we're trying to "interview" me while they were driving a car somewhere. If this is how this company treats guests/strangers, then I can only imagine how they treat their employees. I simply could not be part of an organization who lacks values like this. Extremely unprofessional interview process, in fact I've almost never experienced anything like it.

The interview was very informal. I was very overdressed in business-professional clothing. Half of the interview was small talk. The other half was composed of irrelevant questions that made me wonder why I was called in for an interview at all.
