interview consists of HR interview, online assessments, take-home exam, interview with engineers, interview with senior researchers. They care more that you know enough technical stuff relative to your own work, than finance/trading specific work. Interviewers and staff are polite.

Online assessments, HR interview, interview with engineers, interview with manager. Interviews came one after another, but it took longer to hear a response. Everyone was very nice. Company culture is very important to them.
