Phone interview with recruiter, second round was a series of three separate zoom interviews. One interviewer on the same role, a VP, and the supervising manager. Everyone was very friendly and approachable.

I would love to know how I am not qualified for this position, when according to the job description, my skills would make me overqualified. And how a current employee, who worked as a server in a restaurant before this, got the position over me. Make it make sense. Do not waste your time even applying at this company.
