Interview
First was a phone interview that was very thorough with HR. She scheduled the call with me and I thought it was a screening call but it was a full blown interview. Then an in person with the manager of the department.

4 rounds of interviews- phone screen, interview with hiring manager, interview with owner, phone references. After all rounds of interviews I was ghosted and did not hear back. I had to follow up twice.

I spoke with an HR representative from the Voluspa team for an introductory interview. She was very lovely! Although I wasn't invited back for a second round of interviews, she was very communicative and offered helpful feedback as to why I was not chosen to move forward with the interview process.
