I think creativity more .it acts as engineering . Innovative more product and design. It can be testing and advance of products and rectify the mistake. We can Manufacturing lot but it is first based on quality and also safety aspects must.
First interview with the manager and after you do evaluation test and interview with human resources to analise and talk about the results obtain, and there is a final interview

1e gesprek met HR, 2e gesprek met N+1, 3e gesprek met algemeen directeur
Weinig technische vragen, vooral geïnteresseerd in motivatie en manier van aanpak. Al bij al easy-going. Bij het 2e gesprek wel een business case moeten presenteren
