Heel makkelijk. De medewerkers waren aardig en het gesprek ging met gemak. Ze hebben geen gekke vragen gesteld. Ik was uiteindelijk niet geïnteresseerd in de functie. Ongeacht was het een leuk gesprek en heb er veel van gehoord

Extremely friendly approach on LinkedIn. Meeting with the recruiter within days to read the candidate's profile. From this moment on, there will be no more face-to-face meetings with the recruiter. The candidate is then handed to several internal agents, each one handles specific accounts. The candidate's career goals get then fuzzier and forgotten and his/her profile is shot to all the remotely possible positions. Dozens of meetings with end companies are then offered where the agent completely ignores the candidate's career goals as long as a contract is signed, contract that will award this company a substantial percentage of the candidate's future salary for doing almost nothing.
