Interview
I had an initial screening interview with the President/CEO. He mentioned that the second step would be a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager and they'd make a decision from there. The second step actually ended up being a slight different structure and they were unsure if there would be additional steps.

Interview
Really unprofessional experience. Made it through multiple rounds of interviews, and was asked to provide references. They never bothered calling my references and proceeded to stop responding. I sent multiple follow-up emails and didn’t hear back for over TWO months, when they finally emailed back asking if I was available to start. Such a waste of time, do not bother applying.
