I have reservations about this company. It seems that most employees have a short tenure, and there were recent layoffs, including several members of the CSM team. Also, a red flag was this position that was to backfill someone who had been fired, only after working there for a few months.
My own hiring experience was disjointed and not clear regarding next steps.
I invested a good amount of time speaking with four different people, only to receive a generic rejection letter with no specific feedback, which felt like a classic recruiter move after being significantly pumped up during the hiring process.
