I attended an Assessement Day via a recruiter and was asked for an interview the day after where I was greeted by the Sales Manager and the Head of HR. The interview was very relaxed and they made me feel at ease. They emphasised throughout the interview that my targets that would be set would be there to be achieved and that, providing I worked hard in the role, they would actively work with me to help me succeed. This is a promise they stayed true to. I had 4 other interviews lined up afterwards but cancelled them when they offered me the role as it is a company I did not want to turn down the opportunity of working for.
