I received an invitation for an interview in LinkedIn. Recruiter was very friendly. Questions was about my previous working experience, education background and my skills and competency. Interview took around 20 minutes. But I haven’t got any calls or email after.

Received a call from Brussels and had a phone screen/interview right there. After an introduction of myself, I was told that he would arrange an interview with the hiring manager early following week. So far there is no follow up email from them nor appointment to be fixed, I am wondering if the person who called me is there just to fulfill his KPI or the company is serious about hiring. Thank you for keeping my hopes up.
