I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Voy in Sept 2025
Interview
I had a very detailed and well guided interview process, with about 5 rounds starting with..
1. HR call to understand expectations and evaluate my profile
2. Team fit call with a technical person
3. A technical discussion round on a open ended problem statement with 2 engineers
4. A behaviour call with the COO
5. A short technical discussion with the CTO
6. One final offer discussion call with the HR

Question 1
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed every single call, and it felt more like everyone wanted to understand where I was coming from, what I can bring to the table and how well they'd be able to collaborate with me, rather a series of technical quizzing rounds which end up in the candidate's favour with the same odds as a coin toss - if you're lucky you get asked questions from topics you know. But in the interviews with Manual, it felt like there was no right/wrong answer to every question / discussion we had, but more of an exchange of perspectives.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Voy (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
Initial Recruiter Call: To understand your experience and interest
Managerial Round: Video call with manager to understand team fit and behaviour. This was non-tech round with focus on behaviour and soft skills.
Live Coding Round: A live coding 60 mins round with two tasks. There are two interviewers in this round, one manager and one engineer to assess your performance. First task is to make a failing unit test pass. It is an easy level array based problem, you have to simply iterate over the array and deduct a value until a condition is fulfilled. Second task is to implement a web feature, where in you have to fetch a json data from the api endpoint and then render it in a dynamically created ScrollView.
System Design Round: This is 60 min round, with 2 interviewers. The idea is to show system design for 2 web flows. First flow is of a product listing page, and the second flow is of a checkout page, where the products are added in basket from the listing page and a final checkout price would be visible in the bottom. Pretty much like a simple version of amazon's listing and checkout page.

Question 1
1. How would you resolve conflicts with a team member
2. How would you ensure high quality software product
3. How would you tackle a big ambiguous task
4. How would you choose between two solutions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Voy in Mar 2025
Interview
The interviews have been bad scheduled keeping me with no answer for a while before booking the next one, what calls my attention was the VERY simple business models they need to do with a super complex architecture which already demonstrated how minded they were with high bar talents. One the last interview processes was making a project to design an API, I've done it and they liked it calling me to a final interview to explain that code, we've done that call and I sincerely answered all the question with mastering in the subjects and proposing differente approaches to different issues every time, but after this one they simply vanished, never reached me back with an answer, one the worst experiences I ever had.
