Organized and thorough: had opportunity to meet with Founders, CEO, VP of Finance, Recruiting & Op's leadership + board member. Combination of in-person and virtual calls based on availability.
Questions primarily around experience & scenarios: ways I would handle XYZ situation including scaling of new technology, engineering execution etc.

Interview
I had an initial screening call, followed by two technical interviews. After that, I was given a take-home assessment to complete. The final stage involved an in-person session to review the assessment. Although I was ultimately not selected based on the assessment, the overall process was well-structured, and everyone I interacted with was supportive and professional.
