I felt comfortable i waited 5 minutes for the manager to actually come and interview me, he said normally the interview process is just asking ur availability and working the next day after but now there are multiple things to do in the interview like asking questions and more.
You are serving customers on the till and your co worker next to u is also serving on the till, both lines are really busy and a woman comes up to u to say there is no hand soap in the bathroom what do you do
Very friendly and informal! Mostly based on whether or not you'd be a 'people person' in customers' eyes, along with some basic common sense customer service questions, like how you prioritise, stay calm under pressure and deliver the 'Big Screen Service'
Two stage interview. General questions such as tell me about yourself and how would you cope in a fast paced environment. The interviews were fast paced and engaging. Both face to face.
