Initially was contacted by a member of the talent operations team via my personal e-mail account. I checked out the site and watched the culture video on the careers page, which made me very interested. That same day I was able to stop by the office and meet a few people. From the moment I walked in the door and started talking with various members of the team, I knew these were my kind of people. The next week I had an on-site interview with about 4 engineers, plus the CEO. The experience confirmed my feelings about how great of an opportunity this was, and I had been in a similar role previously, so I was a pretty good fit for the company as well. During the interview I had an opportunity to show that I wanted the job and show examples of "hustle." If you are not a hustler, you won't make it here. I came overly prepared to the interview with business cases and code sample, and had an opportunity to talk through those with just about everyone in the interview.
