The interviewing process was long because there are two different interviews followed by 8day training 12hours a day which you are not paid for After completion of course there are drug test and back ground checks which take give a or take an additional 2 n a half weeks.Once on the Job you start off with 6 42an hour for probation which is 3months after that you are raised to 7.45 an hour.The people are good and as long as your willing to work hard you will move up the rhanks n.However there are some people in management who are slime and have there favourites so as long as you dodge them your good
