P&ID knowledge and familiarity with process instruments and equipment (transmitters, pumps, motors). Standard questions on previous experience specific to you. Interview process was very quick and simple. Position is for the fabrication of chemical injection skids so having some familiarity with chemical compatibility with various materials is a plus.

Interview
They called me in for an interview. I went on the following day. The shop supervisor provided the interview alongside the lead foreman. (They were both women). They ask me an estimated 12 questions. We discussed salary options etc. I took a tour of the shop. Went back to the office and I accepted their proposal.
