I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2019
Interview
I applied online with a cover letter and resume. I was contacted by a member of HR via email for a phone interview. During the interview, HR asked about things I wrote in my cover letter and experiences I had during previous positions. At the end, I was scheduled for a "technical" phone interview with a member from the team I had applied to.
The technical interview was 2 days after the HR interview. I was mostly asked about experiences in the technical sense, then a few about how I work in groups. The interview was 30 minutes and the interviewer provided zero interaction other than asking questions. I was sure I had bombed the interview when he told me I should have applied to more positions.
To my surprise, 2 weeks later HR called to schedule an on-site interview. Air fare, hotel, and rental car was paid for up front. I was reimbursed for food and mileage. I was encouraged by HR to look for a place to live while I was in the area.
The interview itself was a series of 2 interviews with 2 teams of 2 for 30 minutes each. When I went in the room with the first team, another candidate went into the other room with the other team. After 30 minutes, the teams switched. When I came out, I noticed 2 more candidates waiting to be interviewed. I was again asked about previous experience and how I behave in group settings.
If you are prepared to talk about projects you've worked on before, and experiences with team mates, you'll be well prepared. I also had 4 questions about the company culture that I consider rather insightful.
I received an offer the day after the interview.

Interview
The interview process is very smooth and well-structured. Interviewers guide you from topics concerning logistics (e.g. preferred to work) to learning more about your experiences. Prepare to speak very technically about the work that you do and how the outcomes relate to what work you've done.

It was fine, nothing too difficult. Long process, recruiters not great at reaching out to the candidates. They underpay a lot, so be prepared to get a bad offer no matter your experience. Not competitive with other companies.
Fair interview process out of school. Liked how they showed us around the city/area to make us really understand the culture and environment. Long day of interviews and multiple interview pairs.
