I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Newark, DE)
Interview
I applied online, and a few weeks later, a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone conversation. About a week after that, I had a 30-minute Zoom interview with a member of the statistics team. Following this, I was invited for an on-site interview at Barksdale, which lasted approximately four hours. The on-site visit included a one-hour presentation on a statistical concept of my choice, followed by three-panel interviews, each lasting an hour with two interviewers. The process concluded with a tour of the facility.

Question 1
I was given a sheet with various statistical outputs and asked to determine if a product should be launched based on the company's minimum standards. Additionally, I was asked how to build a decision tree, what bootstrapping is, and what insights can be gained from it etc

Interview
I was interviewed for the Statistician position. The interview was held in a small room in the student center. First, the interviewer introduced himself a bit and cut to the questions directly. He told me that I had to assume that he knew nothing about terminology of statistics, and I have to make explanation as clear as possible.
