First met recruiter at career fair. The recruiter sent me a personality assessment to complete. Then interviewed on campus, finally interviewed with a a panel at the office. First interview very informal. Essentially walked through resume. Second interview also very informal, mostly to meet the office staff and further discuss qualifications for particular position.
