      Community Manager Interview

      22 July 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at W3

      Interview

After applying, reaching out multiple times (online & by email) I figured it wouldn’t hurt to go to the office in person. After being shuffled through a few people I was advised that the decision maker wasn't in and asked to go and get a printed version of my resume. ...really? I applied, uploaded it online and the “decision maker isn’t in”? So I go a get a printed version and submit it receiving the promise of “we’ll call you later today to schedule another time to meet. Never heard from W3 again. Extremely disappointed in lack of professionalism and failure to respect a job-seekers time.
