A very traditional & simple one-to-one discussion .. Where the jobs requirements has been discussed in their own context (everyday scenario)
The interviewers was the CAD manager, and he was such an easy going and down to earth guy ... He made the interview such a nice chat without stress and pressure.

It was in a discussion type, were questions were asked indirectly and many were understood from the context itself.
Many daily scenarios have been presented for discussion and I assume my answers / reply / participation was the key in the discussion success.
