WA Department of Commerce interview questions

I was interviewed by a panel of four. They took turn in asking prepared questions on a list. No spontaneity. Felt like being scored the entire time. Felt a bit rushed for the number of questions they have. Didn't have much time to explore. It took them just under a month to inform me that I didn't get the offer.

Send in application, wait for call, in person interview with a panel of 3 people. Reviewed the job description, asked about 10 questions. Asked if had any questions. Nice people and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Seemed like they enjoy working there.
