The interview process was very smooth and quick. There were roughly 5 rounds which included one assignment as well. The assignment was very interesting and enough time was given to do the same. The entire interview rounds were closed within 3-4 weeks. The interview rounds were very conversational rather than just Q&A or one sided. I was made very comfortable, the interviewers were polite, friendly and open to discussing new ideas. They carefully listened to my experiences and skill sets and explained properly what they were looking for and how I could fit it and add value. They also asked about my preferences for everything. I felt valued and could sense a very collaborative energy from the team.

In the hiring manager round, I defended my approach and course-corrected the solution based on further insights provided during the round. The final round with leadership evaluated my stakeholder management and cultural fit.
