Initial contact was through a recruiter. Very difficult to get a phone interview scheduled, then interviewer was no show on first attempt. 2nd attempt failed also. Finally insisted on an in person interview as I had another offer pending and needed to make a decision. In person interview was painfully short and disorganized. I got a call back for a 2nd interview but by that point I had made my decision and declined.
