First, candidates have to record and submit a self-recorded video interview. Second, candidates meet with a developer and product designer. The product manager might not meet with the candidates. When I asked for time to consider the offer, the recruiter was very aggressive and rude, insisting I must accept the offer without questioning. The recruiter (from Solomon Page) contacted me 3-4 times a day via emails, texts, and phone calls, to ask if I'd made a decision. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
