WCYB Reporter, MMJ interview questions

The interview process was great. I was connected with the ND from another reporter, he called within a week. After that, I was consistently emailed by the ND on the progress of my decision, I was given time and not rushed. Interview was over zoom, we hit it off and about a week or two later I was touring the station. I made my decision and had 15 days to think about the contract. Signed it, and I could start whenever I was available. Great process.
