WD Design Engineering Intern interview questions

Recruiter reached out about 6 months after interest expressed online, interview process was simple and I met with 4 engineers. Final interviewer asked questions that I thought I answered correctly but were worded weirdly and they were simple enough to answer once his questions were clarified.
