I applied online after talking with a recruiter at my university's career fair, then had a phone interview about a week later. After about another week, I got called for multiple on-site interviews.
One round - pretty general . Just past projects and experience. Interviewer is understanding and nice. Ask about their current projects to see how your experience fit in. Overall ok
The interview process is a multi-stage, Introductions and small talk, structured evaluation designed to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the role. It consists HR interview, team head interviews, and writing assessment.

Introduction, basic qualifications, salary expectations, and interest.
Good, the interviewer is very kind and friendly. The question is quite easy, simple algorithm question; more focus on behavioral question. Interviewer has provide me many useful advice and future direction.
