I applied through other source. I interviewed at WDAF-TV in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview process for this position was fantastic! The supervisors asked all the right questions, and not only listened intently to the answers, but actively participated in conversation - it's less of a grilling and more of a getting-to-know you experience. Afterward they kept in contact and followed up as they were interviewing other prospective employees and even gave feedback on the quality of the interview.

Question 1
"What can you do, specifically, to improve and help grow our business?" A pretty standard interview question, but for a company that seems enormous already, it's one that demands confidence in your strengths and preexisting knowledge of the company.
I applied online and followed up with a phone call. I was called in for an interview the next week. The interview was formal but quick. Interviewer asked basic questions about why I wanted to work there, what types of things I would like to get out of an internship, and why I would be a good choice to hire. The interviewer was very pleasant and I felt comfortable the whole time.
