Applied on a job board and heard back relatively quickly. Phone screening before video interview. Interview was set scheduled through email before the call. Was told I would receive an email to set up a video interview with more members of the team.

Interview
Started with a phone call, followed by two video conferences. During the process there was little insight to what the next steps were, and a couple weeks went on between each call. I also never heard back on if I got to job, despite following up to see if a decision has been made. It isn't that hard to send a no to someone.
