If I could type and speak English I was hired. If i was not a drug addict i was hired. If i had decent hygiene I was hired. The process was very easy and it is evident from your coworkers that they will hire anyone.

Interview
I felt very comfortable with the interview process. They seemed to have a process that was walk in, hire immediately. There was little to no experience to get hired for the tech support/customer service position. Following the interview/hire, I was directed straight to the doctors office for drug/alcohol screening and was at work with the company within a week.
