WESTMED Practice Partners interview questions

Phone call with HR then met with HR, Supervisor, and employee who I would be replacing. Was told I would be moving on to next steps by the supervisor and to expect a writing test. Wrote thank you letters and sent them to the HR employee to pass them on the the respective parties. Never heard from them again until a month later saying I didn't get the role.
