A lot of process, a lot of unnecessary questions, and don't pass any idea of salary or benefits, i've passed through about 5 interviews, in the last one I've talked with the CEO of the company, and got super uncomfortable, with a lot of weird questions, like why I wan't to join the company, even if I did'nt applied to the job, they entered in contact with me, the answer was directly on point, but they didn't like (why asking?)
