Interview
Nice enough process through the remote recruiter, but things were downright bizarre during the in-person interview. The CEO asked me questions indirectly through another person in the room (I still have no idea who they were or what their role was in the company.) The CEO barely addressed me directly. It appeared as if they were both seeing my resume for the first time as they asked me random (and not very pertinent) questions. It was at this point I wondered if the recruiter had even talked to them. I’m sure the fine folks here love their job as some reviews suggest, but for me it was simply odd and uncomfortable. I ended up withdrawing my application, which was a first for me.

Interview
I met the CEO and he showed me the process for assembling and packing orders. We then sat in his office and talked about my personal experiences and what I want to do when I graduate. He explained to me the needs of the company at the time and communicated to me expectations on the job.

Interview
The interview process for me was as follows:
Phone Interview with Recruiter
Phone Interview with CEO
Personality Testing
Follow up call
In Person Interview
My interview steps were a little out of the norm since the CEO was out of town when we had our initial conversation. I think there is normally another face-to-face interview before testing.
All of the interviews were very positive. My first phone call with the CEO got cut short because something came up while we were talking so we rescheduled for the next day. However, the call the next day was so engaging that it ran over by 30-45 minutes. The CEO was very interested in my experience, what drives me, and what my personal and professional goals were. He was also very passionate about the company and his vision for the future. We not only discussed typical interview questions, but we also went into greater detail when trying to ascertain if it was a good mutual fit. He was very upfront about what to expect in the work environment and I felt that everything was well communicated.
