WITHIN Manager interview questions

There's series of assessments that other reviews have pointed out (AI, Excel, Cognitive, etc). They also like to surprise with live data assessments. To prepare, try asking AI to help you with them so you can practice the framework. They use ChatGPT for everything anyway. As for the interviewers, it's a hit or miss. I had a rather unpleasant interview because this person seemed really put off with my responses. Sure, maybe not the most eloquent but that made me feel awful. Since they're clientfacing, you'd think they'll know how to mask their face at least. They only asked questions about the past account, so I advise you know it well and reasoning, even if it was over 6mo ago and you were laid off -- no mercy. It felt more like an interrogation, and the only time I smiled was at the beginning and the end. I've heard in other interviews it's more normal/straightforward, but I've read other reviews here so it does not seem like an isolated case. I think the culture is not very human and very focused on if you can do it or not. If that's your vibe, this could be it for you... If you want to be treated like a person, there are PLENTY of other agencies to go for. I recommend ranking this spot last on your list.
