Very long drwn out process. I was called for an interview almost immediately but from that day to final offer had to be stretched out to like 3 1/2- 4 months.

The interview process was one on one with the route manager for waste management. The interview lasted approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. The job description and the job responsibilities were explained clearly. The manager also explained the benefits of working at waste management clearly.

3 interviews, pretty laid back. Because of COVID I had 1 online interview then a phone interview and then an in person interview which was more of a get to know each other to see if I was the right fit for the team.
