After applying online, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The interview is done by a 3rd party recruiting company. During the phone interview, the interviewer asked a series of questions.

the overall experience was good office staff was wonderful interviewer was great. Ambiance office is really good specially plant s and decor. Recruiter Tanu shree was really helpful during interviews.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a talent coordinator and a teams meeting with the hiring manager. Both were very kind, professional, and straight to the point. The whole process didnt take long and I heard back within 2-3 days which is nice especially with how most companies treat candidates nowadays

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WM (Windsor, CT) in Oct 2024
Interview
I applied online on 10/26. Was contacted regarding a first interview between that and the following Thursday. The first interview was short, but informative went over the job description. Also asked about experience and how you handle situations.
Set up the next interview during the same phone call for the following week in person with supervisor.
Second interview was about 45 minutes but also simple and relaxed, about 10 questions varying from situational to personal or professional experience related to completing tasks.
Was contacted about 2 to 3 days later with a job offer.
So overall, it’s a two week process from applying to job offer.
