Head hunter contacted my to set up interview. They were not flexible with my schedule. The recruiter said that the interview would be 3 hours long however it was maybe 2 hours and I spent a significant amount of time in the lobby waiting for different people who conducted separate parts of the interview.

Overall Pretty Laxed in sales makes sure to include problems and solutions and overall show confidence and prepare for your interview that is what helped me land thsi role. Make sure you have connections overall i have seen the top performers bring in people and they usually get the job.
It was pretty common interview. They asked a bunch of questions regarding situational behavior examples. "How would you handle x in this situation." Pretty standard and was about 45 minutes long. Be prepared to answer a lot of situational questions.

Interview
I had a quick call with a recruiter, then had a meeting with 2 sales supervisors. After that I was supposed to have a meeting with a sales manager, but they weren't available so they scheduled a call. Had the call, and I got the job.
