WM Operations Manager interview questions

2 step process. Video interview initially and then in person interview. Felt like I was just a required outside candidate and that an internal candidate would actually be hired. Went through the process at two different locations

interview was one on one and was relaxed got to see the work area meet everyone on the first day. spoke to the other managers there as well. The interview was around an hour and it was over. I was informed that I did get the job but it took two weeks before someone called me .
