Not sure why they even use my and their time interviewing this role when they are still looking to fill the hiring manager. They wasted 3 hours of my life. HR call me randomly without scheduling beforehand telling me how interested they were and that the manager was interested and scheduled an interview. When I spoke with the manager I found out this whole hiring process was Premature. During the interview I found out that they were still looking to hire the hiring manager and this interview was to find out if I am interested in the role…… so i can get waitlist? idk………. this person is not from HR. I was disappointed. Total waste of time. The HR rep made it sound like the hiring manager is interested while they are still finding a hiring manager to interview me……. It has been two weeks since I spoke to the manager and 3 weeks since I spoke to their hr.
