WP Engine Technical Program Manager interview questions

Recruiter screening then coffee chat with the hiring manager. The hiring manager mentioned that she was sick and coming from the doctor's. At the end of the interview she mentioned she will have an onsite in two weeks. I didn't get any response from the hiring manager for three weeks. Then I get an email from the recruiter (bcc'd several others) that the hiring manager is reviewing the position and responsibilities with her manager. And then no communication after that. I did get sick after I had my 1-1 coffee chat with the hiring manager which resulted in postponing several other interviews I had lined up causing a lot of inconvenience.
