      I interviewed at WPP

      Interview

There were 2 interviewers. One of the interviewers already had a bad perception about my current workplace. The interview experience was very bad and he was challenging every answer of mine and I became doubtful if I am saying something wrong. And then things didn’t go well from that point. An interview is already scary, it takes courage to sit in front of people to get assessed and as an interviewer its a responsibility to make the person comfortable first. I understand that the motive would have been to understand how I handle situations but I have done so much good and impactful work in my career and I didn’t even get a chance to discuss any of it because he was so focused in knowing definitions of smaller things. Even looked down upon the work we do at my current organisation. He was disrespectful and arrogant. Such a disappointment that wpp being a global company is not teaching their employees interview etiquettes.
