I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WPP (Shanghai, Shanghai) in July 2009
Interview
it was an entry level, my friend heard they were hiring and sent my resume to their HR. About 1 week later they called me for a walk in interview with their CCO. It was a nice experience. We went through my portfolio and he saked me questions like "How do you come up this idea?" The conversation lasted around 1 and half hour, at the end he asked me if I come in the next day cause they needed people ASAP.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WPP (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2017
Interview
Was Cool. The interviewers were friendly and asked relevant questions about design and my work. I got interviewed by senior designers and copywriters. I introduced myself and they asked to walked them through my portfolio.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WPP (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2014
Interview
Pretty easy process, just a few phone calls, showing portfolio and meet the group a few times before starting to work. Took a few months but after starting everything was really easy.
First step was a casual phone meeting after being contacted via email.
After a brief meeting with the recruitment team a practical interview is conducted for about an hour with examples of work and some probing into your knowledge and skillet.
Finally a face to face meeting with competency lead is organised as more of a meet and greet.Pretty easy process, just a few phone calls, showing portfolio and meet the group a few times before starting to work. Took a few months but after starting everything was really easy.
