WPP Media Business Science Manager/Associate Director interview questions

I applied online (LinkedIn + Company Website) and got an interview request a 3-6 days later. I interviewed with two people over the phone at the same time. I was told that they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview during this call and that I would hear back for scheduling. I was excited, but didn't hear back for another 4 weeks. Then it took another 1-2 weeks to actually schedule the interview. I was offered the position right during the interview, and was told HR would get back to me. It took another 2+ weeks to get the actual offer letter, which I then accepted. Pros: not many hoops to jump through Cons: took way too much time to get simple things done
