WRKSHP responded my application very quickly after a few hours. Then, they directly required for a drawing test within a week first. Including Environment to show your skill for showing different materials, Character design and do Vector cubes in Adobe Illustrator.

Interview
I applied for the position in late June, they responded me with an email in the first week of July with an art test. The test required you to draw a monster for their game and resubmitted back within 24 hours. I did as requested and they didn't respond to my application until 3 weeks later with an automated rejection email.
Serious waste of time considering the effort you need to put into doing extra work in the first place. Also the long response period is ridiculous.
