WRL Advertising interview questions

My interview experience with WRL Advertising was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The process dragged on through multiple rounds, wasting an inordinate amount of time. In the initial interview, I met with five individuals who had no decision-making power regarding my hire. It wasn't until a second interview that I finally met the owner, highlighting a disorganized and inefficient process. The interview questions were largely irrelevant to the position, making the entire experience feel like a meaningless exercise. The atmosphere resembled an "old boys club," giving the impression they were more interested in finding a controllable male candidate rather than evaluating candidates based on merit and fit for the role. This unprofessional approach is a red flag for anyone considering a position at WRL Advertising.
