Before I even got the chance to talk to the recruiter or have an interview, I was met with an email for an assessment. The assessment had pattern recognition, math, cognitive assessment. I wasn't too sure what they were trying to accomplish with the assessment, but that's one way to turn off potential GOOD hires. I was later met with a rejection email based on my assessment results, 0/10 would not recommend.
