I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WSCAD electronic (Bergkirchen, Bavaria) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied online and I had to create an account for that. Despite all of the data that I had to fill, they hand no clue about my gender, and they did not received my CV and also not my online portfolio. I had to send them again.
After that, it was a skype interview with basic C# interview questions.
After that I was called for an onsite interview. Scheduling this was a nightmare. They proposed to me various alternatives. I piked one. After it was all confirmed, they said to me that is not possible. And they repeated this, and the whole process took a long time and messed up my agenda.
In the end I was there and I needed to implement a tic-tac-toe which was impossible to do it fully in 4 hours. Of course, no lunch break. An then some personality questions.
Te recruiter was unfriendly. At the end of interview, she asked me to send her an email with feedback which I find as a pretty weird request.
