One-way video interview, followed by in-person panel interview. I was allowed unlimited time to read each question before the video interview, and two "takes" for each question. The in-person interview had a panel of three people, including the branch manager. They gave me a sheet of paper with the interview questions written on it, and then each took turns asking me the questions. They did ask some unscripted follow up questions based on my answers to the scripted questions.
