Apply via school system and wait for being shortlisted for interview, but after enclosing resume, no interview was conducted. And be offered an intern position about infrastructure, geotechnical and structure. In the negotiation stage about duration and time of the internship. Used to attend their talk and networking session. Employers there are very nice.
